Thank you! There is this new bodyfat scanner at my gym that is supposed to be pretty accurate im gonna check out soon. But that’s better than I thought. I have some stubborn BF on my lower back I think will be hard to get rid of for show. But im up for the challenge when the time comes. I need to find a posing coach soon. Have no clue what I’m doing. Or where to even start.
Unfortunately no! Lmao. I’m working on it. Way better than before but need serious work. I hit quads and calves on one day and hams, abductors the other. I’m finding my quads responding well to the bike and elliptical on high resistance for 20min. I finish with some heavy leg presses to real failure for two sets. Bad lower back. Squats and dead’s are out.
