Went good. Probably gonna do it again this week. Weight dipped a bit but I’m shitting much better now taking Colace and senna every night. Haha. The fiber just wasn’t cutting it. I always get constipated on cycle. Usually the greens and psyllium husk is enough but not anymore. Gym has been good. Weights are feeling lighter but still not pushing anything heavy. Going for the burn and time under tension more than muscle failure at 6-10 reps. Trying to keep these joints feeling good. I did feel some sciatica pain on Friday but think that was more from work. Back hasn’t bothered me otherwise this week. It’s weird. Every time I hurt my back and have bad back pain. That pain will go away and then the sciatica will start. Another fun fact for me is that both times I had sciatica bad in the past it went away when I started a cycle. And not with nandrolone the second time. Something about being on cycle just makes my body happy. Except for constipation. My catheters go in easier usually for some reason too which makes little sense to me. Maybe it changes the angle. But recently my prostate has been enlarged which isn’t making using the catheter very fun. I swear my prostate will be enlarged one day and then not the next. I can tell by how tight the catheter is going past it. But my dumb urologist said you prostate is either enlarged or it’s not. It can’t change from day to day. Bullshit! I think I would know. So these doctors don’t know what they are talking about and if they actually listened to there patients they might learn something. Especially with the larger less frequent injections this past week. I would notice my prostate enlarged the day after injection but not day of. My guess is the primo. And that initial increase the next day. I need to start taking Flomax or something. I should still have some. Stuff makes me not ejaculate though. Which the wife likes, lol. I take it sometimes to help persuade the wifey to give me a BJ. Lol. Doesn’t feel as good though. Ok, I’m rambling about dumb shit again. Let’s see weight was 184 on Wed. Didn’t get a chance to weigh at gym on Friday because I went to different gym and I forgot. I hit quads, chest and shoulders on Monday. Hit hams, back and biceps on Wednesday and hit chest, triceps and calves on Friday.
