I would pin ED you train. I always do MWF for training so it was easy to align. I got stupid big and strong on it on 3 cc a week. Maybe some day I will do 2 to 3 ccs MWF but lately getting joint problems again since my weights are flying up on 750 mg aspen sustanon Greek testoviron blend and 50 mg anavar on training days only.
Starting to feel some twings and twangs on heavy sets so backing off a bit on weights to try and minimize a minor or major muscle tear. Sucks getting old.
Yeah. It does! I’m gonna try that this week. I like the Mon, Wed, Friday but I don’t like training on Wed. Mostly because I have grocery shopping on Wed also but maybe I can switch to grocery shopping on Thursdays instead lol. I noticed the store is stocked better on Thursday too. Grocery shopping plus gym just makes for a long ass day with work too. Plus splitting up my training with days off between would be better for my recovery. Lately I have been going only 3 days a week anyways. 2 of the days are in a row so might help with recovery and energy levels too potentially. Having that day off between workouts. Especially since it’s only 3 days a week and I would be better able to lift harder when better recovered. On every workout. Focus more on making them count you know.

If there are no other factors in this equation, the solution seems obvious. Pound the gym M-W-F ... pound Costco or WM on Thursdays.

We all wish we were still in our 30s, but it's not gonna happen :(.

Went good. Probably gonna do it again this week. Weight dipped a bit but I’m shitting much better now taking Colace and senna every night. Haha. The fiber just wasn’t cutting it. I always get constipated on cycle. Usually the greens and psyllium husk is enough but not anymore. Gym has been good. Weights are feeling lighter but still not pushing anything heavy. Going for the burn and time under tension more than muscle failure at 6-10 reps. Trying to keep these joints feeling good. I did feel some sciatica pain on Friday but think that was more from work. Back hasn’t bothered me otherwise this week. It’s weird. Every time I hurt my back and have bad back pain. That pain will go away and then the sciatica will start. Another fun fact for me is that both times I had sciatica bad in the past it went away when I started a cycle. And not with nandrolone the second time. Something about being on cycle just makes my body happy. Except for constipation. My catheters go in easier usually for some reason too which makes little sense to me. Maybe it changes the angle. But recently my prostate has been enlarged which isn’t making using the catheter very fun. I swear my prostate will be enlarged one day and then not the next. I can tell by how tight the catheter is going past it. But my dumb urologist said you prostate is either enlarged or it’s not. It can’t change from day to day. Bullshit! I think I would know. So these doctors don’t know what they are talking about and if they actually listened to there patients they might learn something. Especially with the larger less frequent injections this past week. I would notice my prostate enlarged the day after injection but not day of. My guess is the primo. And that initial increase the next day. I need to start taking Flomax or something. I should still have some. Stuff makes me not ejaculate though. Which the wife likes, lol. I take it sometimes to help persuade the wifey to give me a BJ. Lol. Doesn’t feel as good though. Ok, I’m rambling about dumb shit again. Let’s see weight was 184 on Wed. Didn’t get a chance to weigh at gym on Friday because I went to different gym and I forgot. I hit quads, chest and shoulders on Monday. Hit hams, back and biceps on Wednesday and hit chest, triceps and calves on Friday.

Need to update! Been a minute! I guess there’s not a lot to update. I’m still cruising along on my blast. I think I’m gonna lower my primo dose in half. Keep forgetting to take the Flowmax and my hair is thinning pretty bad but I shave it so not that big a deal. My weight is slowly creeping up without adding any noticeable bodyfat so I’m doing something right. Current weight is 188lbs. Kinda crazy that I look so big but my weight is so down. I remember wanting to hit 200lbs so bad. Highest I ever got was only like 207 or 208. lol. I was bloated as hell and probably 15%bf. I’m 20lbs lighter and look just as big. Definitely healthier! Gym has been good. Except for last week. Only hit gym on Monday. But not my fault. Well it was but I tried and shit just happened. But I have been going 3 days a week normally. Still doing a push/ pull split with legs broken up in there also. Idk what I did but my calves were sore for 5 days last week. Haven’t been that sore in a long time and I didn’t do anything special. Didn’t make a whole lot of sense really.

Im excited about Christmas this year. I got the wife a good present. She wanted grounding sheets which I have been wanting also. So because it’s really for both of us I got her a gift card to get her car detailed. That’s what she originally wanted but has no idea I got it also. That shit is expensive too! Like $300! Anyways, my daughter and her husband are also coming to stay with us and have Christmas with us this year. It’s been like 9 years since we all had Christmas together. All 3 kids together. Gonna be fun! Can’t wait! Now I need to go and start cleaning house. Haha. Peace!

Rheumatoid arthritis and here’s a trick you won’t believe!! Mix a teaspoon of baking soda and mix in water, drink daily. Kills the inflammation. Got it from my Dr! Google it it’s for real . That should help your joint pain

Merry Christmas TID! My knee is jacked! Left knee has been hurting off and on for maybe a month now. No idea what I did. Doesn’t look swollen or bruised. Usually it just hurts for a couple hours then goes away for a few days. Well it’s been 2 days now and I can barely walk! Constant dull pain. Bad pain when I bend it or walk. Weather did turn cold so maybe arthritis but why all of a sudden? Feels like fluid in there and feels like it’s popping in and out of joint when I squat down. Thankfully I’m not working this week because of holidays because idk how I’m gonna work like this. Started hurting Monday afternoon. I did leg curls that morning and was crawling around in a crawlspace that morning. Only two things I can think of that aggravated it. Pain is as bad as when my back is hurting bad. But other than that it’s been a great Christmas! All my kids here. They’d all in the kitchen and it’s smelling so good in here right now! Can’t wait for dinner! Hope everyone is having a great Christmas also!

Thanks guys! Had a really good Christmas! Hope you all did too! Been a lot going on. Knee is getting better. Way better. Just not doing any legs at gym. I did see my primary care doctor for my medicine. Have to see her every 3 months for my modafinal. We got a bad snow storm so it ended up being a virtual appointment. Anyways I told her about my knee. She said I probably tor some cartilage or something but recommended some exercises and knee brace. Which I haven’t done yet. Lol. Told her it was getting better. But if it doesn’t continue to get better she will send me to specialist or ortho. Funniest part, like always, my left elbow got tweaked doing I overhead tricep extensions which I haven’t done in awhile. Cant do those anymore I guess. Haha. This is same elbow that ortho said I had loose cartilage in the joint. Looked like in xray anyways. I would get random sharp pain when I moved it. But that’s been better for almost a year probably. Until now. So right now I’m just rotating push and pull days. All upper body. I am still doing 5-10min of high resistance bike or elliptical at beginning of every workout to warm up and get some leg exercise. I really think it was the seated leg curls that aggravated it. Or something at work and then leg curls made it worse. I lowered my PEDs also. No point. Should probably just come off. I’m taking 1/2ml of TND blend and 1/2ml of primo 200, 3 times a week preworkout. My weight is down some and not really making any progress muscle growth wise. Staying lean. Not eating enough protein to grow is part of it also. I’m staying around 184lbs lately. It goes up and down 2lbs depending on if I’m backed up. Which always happens when I’m on. Got a new grow tent and nice ass grow light for it for Christmas. Growing cannabis is so fun! And legal in my state so no rule breaking here. I enjoy growing it more than smoking it. Lol. My wife it helps with her pain. I got some giant pumpkin seeds I’m gonna pop outside this spring also. Lol. But hope everyone is doing good.
