So I have made it to the gym here and there. But I had my procedure done on Thursday and have the device on me. So far it hasn’t helped. They are having me measure how much comes out with and without the catheter. I’m pretty sure my bladder is fucked up still. I’ve never measured how much I can hold and the amounts are crazy. My bladder is way stretched out still after over 10 years of self cathing. I’m averaging 30 oz of pee when I’m really full. A normal bladder can hold 20oz tops. I’ve gotten maybe 2 drops out without the catheter. It’s bringing back a lot of bad memories of when I first started using catheters and realizing I can’t pee anymore without them. They said with urinary retention it can take a few days to start helping. I thought this device energized my bladder muscle when I pushed a button but that’s not how it works. It stays on like a stim machine to help reconnect the signal from the brain. I can adjust the intensity with the remote or switch which wire. I’m still on first lead. My coach will probably have me switch to the other wire today.

The procedure was fun. Not. They taped my butt cheeks apart first. With my hole in the air all these women around watching. The wires go in at the tailbone. The device stimulates the Sacral Nerve it’s called. My trial is supposed to end on Monday but they may extend it. I’m still hopeful but it’s not looking good so far.
I can hold 16.8oz until I feel like im gonna get an infection. Driving for UPS forces you to become a bottle pisser & I use Prime bottles because the hole is wide haha

Never knew I’d find that out about myself…

Wide mouth definitely helps. LMAO. Yeah, I remember the days pissing in bottles between jobs. Residential HVAC. That’s a lot. But a normal a lot. Lol. I thought after using catheter for 10 years my bladder would be back to normal size but I guess not. You would think I would piss myself holding that much. But I’m lucky to get a couple drops out when I’m holding 30oz. Makes me think that muscle that holds it in is like locked up or something. Most older people have issues holding it in you know. Wtf.

So hit the gym 4 days last week and 3 days the week before! Definitely feeling more tired but hanging in there. Almost have enough saved to get the sauce I want. Miss that great sense of well being primo gives me. Same with that blend with dbol. Cant wait to try them together! I haven’t felt good off dbol in a long time either. I pretty much stay away from orals now. Technically I’ll be injecting it but some reason it felt like how dbol used to make me feel. My weight is slowly creeping up. Sitting around 176lbs now. This past week I started doing a push/ pull split. Where I do hams dominate on pull day and quads dominate on push day. Calves and shoulders when convenient or have time. Muscles are definitely looking fuller.

Yeah brother, sorry to hear it didn't work.

On a side note, I had no idea the average bladder holds 20 oz of water. I guess I can add that one to my GF status. I have filled many 20 oz gatorade bottles on the road and had to pinch it off, dump it out and keep going. Haha.

I love the idea of splitting legs between two days. I literally started that plan last week.
That’s awesome your weight is creeping up. Time for our Winter Arc

Thanks guys. Yeah, lame! Actually @genetic freak that gives some hope. That maybe I’m not totally screwed. Most likely will try the second trial but not till next year. May try to get some second opinions. See if any other options. I wonder about stem cells. Shit fixes everything. Wonder if they can do bladder transplants yet also? Or is it a spinal injury that’s been missed.

Yeah man! I feel Ill sometimes after a good leg day. Lol. No way I can go to work. At least not on time anyways and be productive for half the day. Splitting them into two days helps a lot. When I get more back into it I will probably have a separate ham day and quad day and upper body split into two days as well. Something like quads, chest, hamstrings, back.

Winter Arc?

I don't recall specifics but my uncle had a minor surgery and they nicked a key nerve involved in breathing. Stem cells fixed him.

I'm the same way after my heavy lower days. Just sit in my chair and "vibrate" feels like im standing in the ocean up to my chest and the waves are moving me.

I don't even want to move my eyes let alone let the dogs out or bring in firewood hahahaha fuck that.

So wtf! I’m already exhausted and not recovering! My HRV has been way down and resting heart rate up like it was before I stopped lifting in May. Past 3 days same thing. Guess I will see after this weekend of rest. I haven’t even been lifting hard yet. It has to be from not enough sleep. There have been a few days this past week I didn’t get to bed as early as I want to. Maybe 4 hours of actual sleep. But yeah, I just felt dead all day today and no amount of caffeine or modafinal taken this morning would help me snap out of it. Not good.

On a positive note, I got my order in. Hopefully being ON will help with my recovery. Or it will add more stress to my body and make things worse. Stay tuned! Haha
