Right! Appreciate the love guys! The past two weeks were very lame. Didn’t make it to gym once. Almost made it Friday morning. I was dressed for it but I took to long getting ready and would have only had 30min for the gym so I changed into my work clothes and went to work. It’s definitely starting to depress me. Especially when people are starting to make comments. Comments from my mom, people at work and even customers don’t recognize me. “Have you lost weight?”, “You look skinny!”, “Are you Jamie?”. I haven’t missed two weeks in a long time and the comments are depressing. Trying to use it as motivation. I weigh myself at the gym so can’t share that. Still probably around 178lbs.

You know what gets me excited these days? Gardening! Instead of spending all my money on supplements I been spending it on different fertilizers and nutrients for my plants. Lol. It’s legal to grow 4 cannabis plants in my state now and im addicted! Kinda like I was to body building. Anyone else growing cannabis or anything else. I have an herb garden and a poinsettia that I rebloomed last fall for Christmas that I plan on reblooming this year also. I have a Blue Spruse bonsai I started from seed that is 3 years old now. I love it. Plants are so cool! You can clone them, graft them. Plants have hormones too. It’s really fascinating imo. Watching them grow or die and figuring out what’s causing the problems. Nutrient deficiencies. Controlling the environment with fans and lights and humidifier and/or dehumidifier. Growing inside and outside. Dealing with pests. And then finally enjoying your harvest. Lol. More like my wife. She’s the pothead these days. It’s too late this year to start a garden. I had some tomatoes and eggplants growing last year. Anyone else into gardening/ plants?
It's legal here in Maine to grow your own , and both the wife and I have our medical cards as well so we can have up to 12 plants in full flower , as well as if you are certified you can be a care provider for clients that don't have space to grow or supply dispensaries. So I can do small patch gardens for a few folks.

Grew up hooked on gardening , grandparents had a huge garden , we did once we moved to the country as well , mom and my grandmother had a plant room in the house full of different flowers and she had shelves in the kitchen with dozens of African Violets all lined up.

I also have a thing for violets as well as orchids.

Never got into the Bonsai thing but I did have some cherry tomato plants i dug up one year and brought in side , more of a joke than anything else really and they keep growing , kept them in the tent with our hydro for almost 3 years.

@Kluso

There are all kinds of vegetables n things that are "self polinating" the flowers have both male n female in em so you can grow tomatoes , peppers , beans , eggplants , lettuce .. all kinds of shit ,, herbs like cilantro basil .. hell carrots too , corn , onions LOL there is a ton of shit you can grow inside with lights and make a science project of it.

Start reading up on ebb and flow systems and tables and racks .. a trip to home depot and a couple hundred bucks you can build a pvc rack system that will ebb and flow and can use each row for a different veggie.

Hydroponics and aquaponics is really cool but that’s one area I haven’t explored yet. I definitely want to. Seems like a lot of maintenance for some systems. But some seem very hands off too. Once it’s set up it just runs itself. Some of the self watering systems look pretty easy to set up too for soil. But I kinda enjoy watering and looking at my plants every day. But does waste time I could be in the gym. Lol.

Orchids are really cool! Always liked them since I was a kid. I sound grow some. I have grown these weird flowers called Celosia. Have various colors and shapes. And they make new seeds really easy. Have some in baskets on my deck out back.

My wife has her medical card also so she can get the stronger stuff at the dispensary. Lol. I bet we could grow more than 4 plants because she has that but haven’t looked into it yet. I have 3 clones growing in my tent right now and they are about 6 weeks into flower. All 3 clones are from same plant but what’s crazy is one is growing differently! The flowers are totally different than the original plant. Longer hairs and smaller calix or pistles or whatever they are called. It was cut at a different point in growth from the original plant than the other two. Somehow it’s expressing a different phenotype even though it’s growing in same soil and environment. It’s fascinating. I tried to add pics but the file size is too big.

So I have made it to the gym here and there. But I had my procedure done on Thursday and have the device on me. So far it hasn’t helped. They are having me measure how much comes out with and without the catheter. I’m pretty sure my bladder is fucked up still. I’ve never measured how much I can hold and the amounts are crazy. My bladder is way stretched out still after over 10 years of self cathing. I’m averaging 30 oz of pee when I’m really full. A normal bladder can hold 20oz tops. I’ve gotten maybe 2 drops out without the catheter. It’s bringing back a lot of bad memories of when I first started using catheters and realizing I can’t pee anymore without them. They said with urinary retention it can take a few days to start helping. I thought this device energized my bladder muscle when I pushed a button but that’s not how it works. It stays on like a stim machine to help reconnect the signal from the brain. I can adjust the intensity with the remote or switch which wire. I’m still on first lead. My coach will probably have me switch to the other wire today.

The procedure was fun. Not. They taped my butt cheeks apart first. With my hole in the air all these women around watching. The wires go in at the tailbone. The device stimulates the Sacral Nerve it’s called. My trial is supposed to end on Monday but they may extend it. I’m still hopeful but it’s not looking good so far.

Clones are wild like that , seed as well , even if it's the same strain it doesn't mean it will express the same genetics.

I have a plant that comes from local woods seed I call , Mystery Meat , there are only 9 or so known "gas weeds" all coming from Chemdawg in some way or another. This has been grown in the woods up here since as far back as the mid 80s that I know of. Smells just like an old rag some ones used for a gas cap , and it will punch you right in the head. Have a bag of Doritos and an episode of Scooby Doo or two ready to go 3 2 1 couch lock haahahaha.

Cocks comb , the celosia is a really cool flower for sure and comes in amazing colors my grandmother used to grow those. Not sure about your climate but check out Dahlia , beautiful flowers also in amazing colors.

Nice. I had some eggplants growing last year. Some cherry tomatoes also. I think I got 4 eggplants of one plant. I didn’t grow any vegetables this year. I need to get a game plan this winter for next season.

So the device didn’t help. Even extended the trail and tried a different frequency. Now they want to try a different wire that has 4 electrodes instead of one at the end. Said it gives them more ways to stimulate the sacral nerve. Would be a two week trial. Said I could work but still no bending over or twisting. And no showers for two weeks. Yeah right! At first they told me I could work. Then they said it takes a couple weeks for the wire to heal in place. But once it’s healed it would stay and I could move normal. Said that it would be my permanent wire if it works so half the surgery would be done. They would just have to put the stimulator under my skin next. If it works. I hate to be negative but you would think o would have seen some improvement with first trial. My bladder hold like 30oz and I’m lucky to get a drop out. Maybe if the first trial let me go a little I would be more inclined to do the second trial. I still don’t even know how much the first trial is gonna cost me. Waiting for bill. I don’t have any sick or vacation days left. So maybe next year I will try the second trial. Oh yeah. I wanted to share the procedure they did to me. I found this video. Haha-

And this is what they want to do to me next! -

So bad news is that it didn’t help. Good news is I’m back in the gym baby! Hit the gym 3 days last week. Would have been 4 but I was so sore on Thursday I decided to skip. I did add some old deca I had laying around and added it to my trt and some extra test cyp. So roughly 300mg test and 150mg deca for now. Trying to save up for my dream cycle of test/ npp/ injectable dbol blend plus 200mg primo. I just had bloodwork done too and I’ve never been healthier! My liver enzymes are way down in middle of range now and my creatinine is down to 1.11 and gfr up to 81. Didn’t get cystatinC this time. It’s time to bulk back up! I’m gonna try to figure out what exercises are causing me pain and figure out alternatives. I really like being pain free! I have had issues with lower back (sciatica) and oddly elbows are second worst for me. Shoulders sometimes bug me too. My right elbow has bad arthritis and doesn’t straighten out completely. Hasn’t since I was a kid and injured it. Don’t remember how either. Had to have been football or skateboarding. Now I get sharp pain in the joint sometimes. Loose cartilage or bone in there the doctor said. But one thing that has been nice about not lifting so much has been my body pain. When im lifting normally (3-4 times a week) I’m always in pain. Constant pain somewhere. Lol. So now that I am pain free maybe I can ease into it and figure out what exercises are irritating what. That’s the plan. So right now my bodyweight is down to 173! I’m usually around 195. Lol. I’m still lean. Probably around 10%bf. But lost some size. That’s for sure! Can’t take it anymore. Wonder how long it will take me to get burned out again? Hopefully I can get to bed early like I have been so I can get up at 3:30am to hit the gym at least 3 days a week. Plan is 4 days a week. I’ve been lucky to make it once a week since May, doing full body workouts. I need to figure out my split. Usually it’s push, pull, legs. Sometimes I do just push and pull. Doing leg curls on pull day and leg extensions on push day. I do like splitting up legs into two days. A full day of legs is brutal for me nowadays. And I have to go to work after gym. Often I am going up and down stairs all day at work too. Not so fun after a leg day. So yeah, I’m back. I have to be. I hate being this small! It’s depressing!
