Gonna start this log even though it’s bad luck. Every board I’ve ever had a log on went away. But I need to make myself accountable and I like to be able to look back on what I have done in the past. What worked. What didn’t work. There will be lost of personal ramblings about my life as well as supplement use and maybe some training.
I have been in a rut since May. Before May I was in the gym at least 3 days a week. Now I’m lucky to make it in one day a week. In May I was in best shape of my life. I cut for vacation and looked good. I still look good. Haven’t gained any bodyfat. I still eat ok. And definitely taking berberine, dihydroberberine from doublewoods to be exact, has helped with that. I’m on 200mg test per week of a test cyp/ undecanoate blend. My weight has dropped significantly since going to the gym less and eating less. Always been a hard gainer. If I could eat more I would be way bigger by now. That’s always been my Kryptonite. So starting weight is about 178 pounds. I’m around 10%bf I assume. Been a hot summer and I work outside a lot. Literally burning off the calories. I used to make sure I ate at least 200 grams of protein per day. I haven’t been keeping track but I know I’m not eating as much protein. Probably more like 100 grams now and that is main reason I have lost weight I think. That and not going to gym as much. Obviously.
Plan is to start a cycle after I am recovered from surgery. I’m having a procedure done the 26th of Sept that will hopefully work and I will be able to pee like a normal person for first time in over 10 years. For those that don’t know. I have to insert a catheter to pee now. Muscles don’t work and doctors have no clue why. End of September they are gonna insert two wires near my tailbone to the nerves that control the bladder muscle. Connected to the wires will be a battery pack that has an adjustment on it. I assume it will adjust the intensity of the signal. It will be secured somehow to my back. I will have a remote control to push. They are gonna send me home with ut for a few days to see if it works. If it does then I will schedule another surgery where they install the whole thing under my skin like a pacemaker. So hopefully it will work. Having to use catheters has been a real pain. Not just literally. Lol. I cant just do spit of the moment things anymore. I have to make sure I have them with me. And have enough for a trip or vacation. I have to make sure there is running water and soap wherever I go. I have learned some tricks around that for emergency but you get the idea. It’s an added stress to my life I could live without.
So after surgery or surgeries I will be starting a cycle. Which gives me time to order some things. I have been wanting to run this blend of test cyp/ npp/ dbol with some primo for a long time now. That plus some good hgh. That will get me back in the game for sure! Knowing I have this procedure/ minor surgery coming and possibly/ hopefully a second one I’m not starting anything yet.
Right now my focus is on getting to bed earlier and getting into gym more consistently. And eating better. Less chips and more protein. Lol. I didn’t even go to gym once last week. I did go twice the week before. But week before that zero days. I’m averaging about once a week right now. It’s pathetic. Right now I’m going to bed around 10:30-11pm. I have to get up at 5am for work. 4 am if I’m going to the gym. I have to get to bed earlier! That’s first step. I used to be able to get away with 4-5hrs of sleep. Not anymore. When I went on vacation in May I realized just how burned out I really was.
