used the techniques shown in the triceps thread for the super sets. Felt good to get some extra arm work in, especially on leg day.

had a stomach bug this weekend, and was really only able to start eating again on sunday. felt a little weak, but felt good to be working out. i have house guests coming this week and my oldest daughter is out of school, so my workout schedule is going to change. probably not going to be able to keep a regular schedule at least this week, so i am trying to work multiple muscle groups each workout since i'm not sure when i'll be able to get to the gym again. going to focus on maintenance until i find my new normal again.
