I'm still trying to better understand what Walz brings to the Harris campaign. If her goal is not to be overshadowed by her VP selection, I guess I'll give her a "mission accomplished." But if Harris does win this thing, it's going to be a very close election, and I don't see Walz moving the needle at all.

The best I can think of is that Harris was worried about the progressive base staying home, and she's wanting to avoid a disaster at the Chicago DNC convention. But it's my understanding that she got heckled from palestinian protestors yesterday at an event, so he screwing over the Jewish PA Gov. didn't seem to give her any love from the "death to America" crowd.

I am telling you guys many of the far left Palestinian lovers are staying home. It sort of reminds me of 2016, when the Bernie bros either didn't vote or wrote in Sanders. My hope is that it's enough to swing it to red. Really worried about down ballots though for congress as many only care about abortion.

I am in NC which shocks me that some of these country white boys are going for libs.
Their excuse? "I ain't voting for no rapist or convicted felon" so the mass propaganda has worked on some.
I think those that already had their minds made up say that. No one with a rational mind (i.e. not liberal) can look at either case and not see how both were so completely fabricated and arbitrary. I mean shit, they changed the damn law so he could be sued well after the statute of limitations, right? Then magically, he gets sued. I'm sure it was a coincidence. So when people reference him either being a rapist or a "felon," all that did was just reinforce what they wanted to hear, and they roll with it sitting high... even though it was sexual abuse and not "rape," that doesn't matter to the liberal mind.. it was all bullshit anyway. All of it.. total horse shit. But again, doesn't matter. They constantly look for confirmation bias, and whether it's true or not, they dig in. Trump bad.

I'm no liberal and I've never been a Democrat in my life ,, but ,, this was taken right from her testimony ,,, and It sure sounds like at least attempted rape.

I know if it happened to my wife , daughter or grand daughter , I would be out lookin for who ever did it so we could have a discussion as I dragged what was left of him to the cops.

Because it did happen to my daughter , kid in class at school got a little too handsy and that progressed to him getting way to handsy , she came home crying , shaking , freaked out ,, and out the door I went.

Met up with his father down at the fire station , he called me a liar , told me to get out or he was going to kick my ass ,, I told him he could try , bring some friends with ya ill be out back ... he came out side ,, we discussed things .. once he healed up and could move around again on his own they ended up moving down near Portland.

• “He [(Mr. Trump)] immediately shut the [(dressing room)] door and shoved me up against the wall and shoved me so hard my head banged.”

• “I pushed him back, and he thrust me back against the wall again, banging my head again.”

• “He put his shoulder against me and hold [sic] me against the wall.”

• “I remember him being -- he was very large, and his whole weight came against my chest and held me up there, and he leaned down and pulled down my tights.”

• “I was pushing him back․ I pushed him back. This arm was pinned down. This arm had my purse. Trying to get him back.”

• “His head was beside mine breathing. First, he put his mouth against me.”

• “[I was] tamping and trying to wiggle out from under him. But he had pulled down my tights and his hand went -- his fingers went into my vagina, which was extremely painful, extremely painful. It was a horrible feeling because he curved, he put his hand inside of me and curved his finger. As I'm sitting here today, I can still feel it.”

• “Then he inserted his penis.”

• “He was against me, his whole shoulder -- I couldn't see anything. I couldn't see anything that was happening. But I could certainly feel it. I could certainly feel that pain in the finger jamming up.”8

After a day and a half of direct testimony, Ms. Carroll was subjected to a lengthy cross examination during which she testified:

“Q. It's your story that at some point you felt his penis inside of you?

A. Yes.

Q. But before that, it's your sworn testimony that you felt his fingers, what you said was rummaging around your vagina?

A. It's an unforgettable feeling.

Probably has to do with the bracketed [i was] BBCode gets weird with things it thinks are code.
This format triggers the strikethrough.
Code:

This is the result:

Ah, I see what the issue is Yano.

Your quote is omitting the trigger which is why I didn't see it.
It's the bracketed S that's triggering everything after it to be struck through.

Code:
“[I was] [s]tamping and trying to wiggle out from under him.

“[I was] Stamping and trying to wiggle out from under him. But he had pulled down my tights and his hand went -- his fingers went into my vagina, which was extremely painful, extremely painful. It was a horrible feeling because he curved, he put his hand inside of me and curved his finger. As I'm sitting here today, I can still feel it.”

Q. Now, when you say rummaging around your vagina, that's different than inserting a finger inside your vagina.

A. At first he rummaged around and then he put his finger inside me.

Q. In your book you wrote that he was forcing his fingers around my private area and then thrust his penis halfway completely, I'm not certain, inside me. Is that accurate?

A. Yes.”9

Sneaky bugger.

Meanwhile Tara Reide is dismissed....

I volunteered at the RNC last month and met a lot of people. One was a one of the "Trump Ladies of NC" who was with this group that has organized for him. She, her friends, and family are very much a southern evangelical Christians.

It is pretty clear. Shapiro is an power hungry Obama clone. This is a "vibes" election for the undecided voters.

The right wing can try to smear Walz all they want, but undecided independents see him as a likable old man. No amount of character assassination by the right wing will work on this old white man in the minds of normie, centrist, independent voters.

Liberal voters made up their minds a year ago. Conservative voters made up their minds a year ago. Now the TRULY INDEPENDENT voters (not the liberals and conservatives angry at their parties who are registered as INDEPENDENT) but the truly independent quiet majority will decide. These people do not follow politics closely. They are busy working, driving kids to soccer practice, mowing their lawns. They are not on internet boards arguing.

Truly independent low information male voters are thinking, who would be more fun to drink a beer with? Truly independent low information female voters are thinking, which of these people is less creepy?

These low information, low engagement, busy with their lives and not trying to change the world normies will decide based on who they consider LESS weird.

Few of these people are staying home. They will do what they always do, fall in line. The pro Palestine voters know full well that there is a huge gulf between Kamala and Trump on the issue of Palestine. Trump wants complete subjugation of Palestine. Harris does not really care about the issue, but will at least respond to the Pro Palestine pressure in minimal ways, like putting a little pressure on Israel.

The Bernie Bros will mostly fall for the "trick" the Dems are pulling here. Part of the Dems' reasoning with picking Walz is that he codes progressive. But it is just a trick. It is the illusion of progressive change that the Dem's will once again abandon to serve their corporate masters. The Dems are dangling a carrot in front of the progressives.

Barring some unforeseen event, Kamala will win this election easily.

Also note, right now Trump is attacking a very conservative governor of a swing state who is popular. Lose about 5% of the Republican vote and Georgia falls to the Dems.

The Dems will win Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, Georgia, North Carolina. They will maintain their Senate lead and the House will once again be in Dems' control.

As for me, I will vote the same way I did in 2016 and 2020. I write in "Mickey Mouse."
