Cool video. I use those sleeves on heavy days as well.
Apparently a hoodie is required to train there.
When did he actually lift the weight himself ?
Seems pointless to load the bar to a weight thats too heavy for you rendering the necessity of your spotter to help you with BOTH the pushing and the lowering of the bar
LOL...I was thinking the same thing. I wouldn't last 10 minutes wearing a hoodie inside the gym. I'd be miserable (WAY too hot and sweating like a pig)...
I get overheated easily. I like to sweat but the sweat needs to evap.
I purposely make my room hot by turning off the fans but I'd definitely overheat with a hoodie. Not to mention it'd get in the way of me squatting, benching, etc... gotta get that bar in it's correct position. Guess I'm not hardcore enough, lol.
Impresionante, buena puesta, es Kai
You are right.
Imagine how big he would be if he actually had a point to his training :weightlift:
Did he hit 500lbs.?. All I saw was 405, but I did just scan it...
I enjoy watching kais training, his mind muscle connection on pretty much every lift is just insane
Kai is just insane why he has never won Mr O i'll never know he is a monster
