I watched this video a few weeks ago. I've adopted his training methods and I have to admit sometimes I make the same mistakes.
Trained arms yesterday and had the best arm day I have had in a long time. I know you guys probably already know the proper way to do a curl but sometimes it's good to hear it from someone who 100% beyond a doubt knows what their speaking about.

Yes....so true, great video, I applied this in my last arm day! Wow arms were sore with 35lb incline curls.lol. and I can curl 155 for 4-5

This reminds me more and more how I'm not a bodybuilder. Shit, I don't curl at all.

About what I was thinking. I am not a bodybuilder. I like being built better than most of the people around me, but at the end of the day If I could look pretty much like a "normal" guy and be three times stronger I'd be happy.
