Heard the same thing. Also heard that Kaep may be headed to Philly.

Lastly, heard LK planned on saying hello to me today.

The first thing is more probable than the second thing.

If Kaep does go to Philly, I don't see much changing for him. Harbaugh was the only coach to bring out his full potential, which wasn't much, and I doubt Chip Kelly could make him any better, with the exception of letting him run more.
