How's it going? Hope you're all having an awesome time! So I'm pretty new here - just signed up actually. I figured it would be nice to share my fitness knowledge with you guys and learn a lot more in return.
So a little about me.. I am in my early 20's and I've been training for a while now, about three years or so. I enjoy running outdoors, strength training, and a tad of CrossFit. I am also a huge soccer fan. I'm pretty outgoing and I really love staying active, so I try to venture out on different activities whenever possible.
I'm looking forward to hearing from all of you about your routines and diets! Talk soon!
