Just invented a new post workout snack

Greek Yogourt with crunchy natty PB, Blueberries and Honey

It was scrumptious and feels pretty filling.

1 Cup of Awesome FAGE Greek Yogourt 130cal, 0g Fat, 85mg Sodium, 9g Carbs, 23g Protein
4 Tbsp Crunchy Natty Peanut Butter 380cal, 34g Fat, 250mg Sodium, 6g Carbs, 14g Protein
1/2 Cup of Blue Berries 40cal, .48g Fat, 1g Sodium, 10g Carbs, 1g Protein
1 Tbsp Honey 120cal, 0g Fat, 2mg Sodium, 32g Carbs, .12g Protein

Totals:

670 Cal

34.48g Fat

338mg Sodium

57g Carbs

38.12g Protein

Sounds good, but I try to keep my fats low for my pre and post w/o meals so would probably have it later on.

I had something similar tonight for my bedtime meal. I used raspberry jam instead of the honey and blueberries. Kinda like a pb&j yogurt.
