Just started week 17 of bulking, 9 months into weightlifting and I’m pretty excited about my progress so far. I know I’m no big bodybuilder yet but I deff see myself growing and I’m super proud of myself.

I’m 157LBS right now and 11%BF
My current goal is still to reach 170LBS with 10-9%BF

If any of ya got tips I’d like to hear ‘em! I’m eager to grow bigger and stronger every day.

Very nice! Looks like you're making some great progress!

Continue to keep it simple. Stay in a solid caloric surplus, train hard and get enough rest to allow yourself to grow. Keep your protein levels high (e.g., 1.5-2g/lb per day; so about 300g protein per day). Keep your water intake high.

I wouldn't worry about losing fat during your bulk. Besides, you're not chubby right now. Since you're young, you may very well continue to lean up while you put on lean mass (sigh... youth is wasted on the young! LOL)

Good job brother!

I would say, keep doing what you are doing until progress slows then add calories. Start slow, no more than a 10% increase of what your current calorie intake is. If you are taking in less than 3,000 calories a day lean closer to 10%. If you are taking in more than 3,000 calories a day lean more towards 5%. If you are already taking in enough protein then the increase should come from carbohydrates. If you are not taking in enough protein then it should come from protein or a mix of protein and carbs, maybe carbs on training days and protein on off days.

Doing good man! First 2 years are toughest as most people will give up not seeing the results they want. It took me about 3-4 years to get to 170lbs at very low BF%
Trick is simply to eat more than you can and train so hard that you can't move the muscles trained for the next 3 days
