Crank like a Motherfucker and when you think you are done for that bodypart do 3 more sets, eat like you are responsible, no fast food at all and ZERO on the alcohol and or drugs, vaping etc.
Higher quality protein than you think you need.
What supps are you taking and as asked above post up your regimen, keep at it and NEVER quit or make excuses, this will carry over to all areas of your life!

I do a five day push/pull.

Tuesday: Back and Biceps
Wednesday: Legs and Forearms
Thursday: Shoulders and Neck
Friday: Legs and Forearms again
Saturday: Triceps and Chest.

Don't worry I don't do any of that stuff. I stay away from drugs and smoking of any kind, and even when I'm of drinking age I'm not planning on drinking. Super high quality protein is hard to get all the time since it's expensive, I can't afford eating it everyday. But I eat it as much as possible. I take creatine, six weeks on, two week off. And a protein shake if I need a boost, otherwise I get all the protein I need in food, not powder. I'll definitely post my routine more in detail so you guys can give me more tips. I need all the help I can get. I thank you for the encouragement, I'll never stop.

Stay on the creatine year round buy a high quality whey protein when they are having sales it likely is cheaper than food gram for gram, but still eat what you can.

I agree on the creatine, I don’t think I’ve ever heard of cycling it.

I started cycling it because I saw from a few sources that Creatine become less potent the long you use it without breaks. They could be wrong, but I figured I wouldn't want to chance wasting it.

It is a naturally occurring substance in your body I have been taking it from exogeneous sources for 30 years.
