I started back in the late 70's. Ally my home weights and supplements were from Weider.

RIP Joe.

Yea but hey 93? If I can make it there and be healthy I would die happy. Joe Weider was my 1st weight set as a kid, weider bench bar with plastic concrete filled weights. Damn I'm old...

same here bro...I rememeber he plastic weights and the protein powders by weider. And im reflexing back when i was around 12 or so....dw

Wow.. what a loss, We wouldn't have what we have if it wasn't for him. Sometimes I wish we could go back to those early bodybuilding days when all of this was starting out. RIP Joe.
