I'm in a good spot body fat wise. Blood work Tuesday to see how things looks. I'll post here once it's back. I need a good plan for the next year. I half assed this mild escalation in test/primo/gh, successfully lost weight but didn't do it well, training suffered as a result, and I still had great results. With some proper planning I could knock things out of the park.
Anybody on here have coaching experience? Any of knowledgable guys form UG care to chime in?

I plan on keeping compounds the same. No real goals other than to put on lean tissue and take a sick photo shoot at the end. Dosages don't need to get crazy but I think checking in can help me with diet compliance and make growing easier.

Numbers look good JB! I would chime in goals are like the map. You want sick pic and good blood work. Definitely need some nutrition goals. It never hurts to shoot for the stars and land on the moon brother! :cool:

Finally got bloods after rescheduling like 6 times in a row. Aside from LDL and HDL being a little off things look ok. Creatine didn't worry the doctor considering I take creatine, have muscles, nothing else looked off. Wish he had ordered E2 though.

I'm worried I'm getting a little frontal bossing from GH use so I ordered a GH and ultra sensitive E2.

Been training 3 times a week. 174lbs right now. Wish I would find an easier way to export my workout than copy and pasting each one. Not like that's hard, I guess I'm just spoiled by chatgpt doing reports for me.

Glutes are coming back but my outer quad sweep is still the smallest part of my leg. I've been prioritizing rec fem, adductors, hams, and glutes so thanfully I don't have the chicken leg looks and fill out pants well.

Upper body isn't blowing up but I'm loving being leaner than I've been historically. I look decent first thing in the morning and look good enough with a pump I get a lot of comments.

I've dialed in the reta dosage and gotten more tolerant so it's easier to eat. Weight is holding in the 172-174 range.

Noticed a bit of a hernia starting between my top two abs so I'll get it looked at. It's not really noticeable but I'm pretty sure it's new. Doubt it will need surgery now but I know these things don't just go away. I never thought I brace hard enough to cause this but I should get back to taking fiber regularly since I'm only eating brussels 4 times a week.

You are doing pretty well without a coach, but I understand the necessity of accountability. I have several lifestyle clients in the same boat. They have the knowledge to go out on their own to reach to their goals, but without weekly check ins with me, they quickly get distracted.
