Alright so I figured I would start a log here and keep it up and current. Any advice is always welcome. currently 262 at 6'. Just got back into pawer lifting last august after a 3 year break. still nursing a shoulder injury but its been feeling great lately.

Monday

This was a ruff morning for me. I moved my week break from the gym to next week instead of month end. Recovery is getting rough.


Squat day

1*25 x bar
1*15 x 135
1*10 x 225

work sets
1*5 x 315
1*3 x 405
1*1 x 455

was about to leave and call it a day and i liked squats today so

6*8 x 225 wide stance squats.

cardio 15 mins. 2 more workouts for the week and I am off for a week. I need to recover. sleep has been a llittle off.
