So it has been some time since I have been on especially doing a log. This place has been the most motivational site out there for some time to me. Stopped working out 7 months ago do to time restraint and injuries. So now I am back and hoping to be back to normal in the next few weeks. Current stats suck but here they are. 6 foot 298. Bench, squats and deadlift are going to be my main focus and also hiting hard on the accessory muscles.
Today was a lets see what I got left in the tank and build from here.

This will be my starting place. Gonna take it a little slower on the SQuats tomorrow. Hopefully my body hasn't forgotten that it can go heavy when its time.
