Cutler should retire... he has accomplished everything there is in bodybuilding. Jay has been either 1st or 2nd in every Mr. O since 2001 (I think he sat out in 2002??)... whether you are a Jay fan or not, that is pretty damn impressive.

Sucks, don't know if he can really compete with Phil in 2013, who knows when Jay will get his shit together. Is it me, or does Jay just spread himself too thin? With his clothing/business and traveling to guest pose damn near every other week. I don't remember Ronnie Coleman doing that, maybe that's why he's got 8 titles.
