For shoulders there was dumb bell lateral raises , dumb bell should press , and heavy shrugs. For biceps I did curls and triceps I did some cable pull downs .

Are you shrugging with 405?

I can get a rep or two . They are not the best tho . It’s more preparation than anything.

Way too heavy. Put your ego aside and really work your traps. IMO you should be able to get a great trap workout with 225 max.

I’m considerably bigger than you and I wouldn’t consider using 405 because I get more benefit from a lighter weight.

Ok . I’m listening. That’s what my friend keeps telling me “ to leave my ego at the door “ It’s hard at times I will admit . I know for shoulder press I can my body weight but I learned all that does is screws up your shoulders. I had to go a week without the bench press to work out what ever I did . So I haven’t done that since lol

100%

feel the muscle work --- heavy comes in small steps
traps seem to grow fast and really dont need much weight if you "feel" them

you got this … take it easy but use full squeeze on them -- you should get some nice DOMS

Today was crazy I did 3 sets of 5 with 260lbs for squats and got lower than I thought I could. It wiped me out. Had to take an 2 hour rest and now I’m finishing off my deadlifts of two sets of three with 330lbs . But it’s nice to know I’m almost done of both the squats and deadlifts program .

today I did
Incline bench dumbbells 45lbs 3x10
Decline bench dumbbells 25lbs 3x15?
Flat bench standard grip 165lbs 2x8
Flat bench wide grip 145lbs 2x10
Flat bench close grip 145lbs 2x10
Close grip lat pull downs 70lbs 4x15
Triceps pull downs 70lbs 4x15
Seated shoulder press 90lbs 4x15
. I hated the decline bench . I haven’t done that since I dropped the 100lbs on my face back in school .

Today was a bench day .
Flat standard grip 16 reps of 170lbs
Flat close grip 20 reps of 150lbs
Flat wide grip 20 reps of 150lbs
Decline bench dumbbells
10 reps of 25lbs
10 reps of 35lbs
10 reps of 45lbs
5 reps of 60lbs .

I feel good about the decline because this is my second time doing them In 10 years . Next week I might try them on the smith machine until I build up the lower chest and get use to the lift .

Tomorrow is squats and deadlifts. I need 6 reps of 270lbs for squats.
And 6 reps of 340lbs for deadlifts.
I’ll probably throw in some sets of leg presses normally between 405lbs to 500lbs for three or four sets with 15 reps and some cable rows of some sort .

Then Saturday will be more accessory workouts for legs and back .
