So this is my workout split, is it too much volume or not?
i am doing all the way out to failure absolute muscular failure...
resting 48 hours between workouts also on different muscle groups no ma
tter i am not training in 2 days in a row ... is this good program to see and give it a try? and how can i evaluate progress? in terms of strenght increases or how? thank you!
