Please don't tell me you're one of those guys who promote a good diet and hard intelligent work?

Yes he is, don't let him lie to you! He told me not to do gear until I was 40 and I should go stop wearing deodorant, go vegan. use spiritual crystals and do yoga for best growth. He is a hippie! :p

Hey Mumlaa, so your problem may not be too little test, but too much SHBG. SHBG is why one may have 800 ng/dl of test and only 8-9 ng/dl of free test which is the test we all want as it can act upon the androgen receptors. Bound test cannot. You get more free test by reducing SHBG.

When I come off I use vitamin D3, magnesium, zinc and sometimes I use boron which has been shown to reduce SHBG. This will not give you super powers or mega levels of test but will raise the free test number for most folk by 10-12% in my experience which is significant.

If you start TRT now most likely by the time you find a good woman and get married it will be very difficult to make a family with her. Look into it and see if there are ways to make it raise without hammering your hypothalamus-pituitary- testes-axis. If you are on psych drugs look into side effects. Many of them lower testosterone. If you are obese, master your diet and get in the gym every day. Even if you are not fat diet and training will raise it. Something is up. At your age you should be much higher. There is probably an underlying cause, many of them can be addressed by simple life style changes and dropping certain meds.

1 - General Blood Test

3 - SHBG Test
4 - Free Testosterone
5 - LH, FSH Test
6 - Estradiol Blood Test
7 - Prolactin Test
8 - Cortisol Test

She said you need all this tests to let me know if there is anything wrong, so i will going to make decision to what to do!

She can’t tell what meds to use because there is no analyze and diagnose, cause the testosterone is in normal range as normal is 300-1299ng/dl but when you have symptoms it means there is something wrong as she said. I need to take test before I take any meds… I will take test this Tuesday and see what she will diagnose and let you guys know it too.

He is asking what meds do you you take now if any other than testosterone. Such as prozac or crestor or some other unrelated pharmaceutical drug. Many of these have the effect you are speaking of.

Sounds like a thorough doctor! I like @jipped genes idea that it may be SHBG, which the doctor is checking. I like DAA or D-Asparic Acid for helping free up test and it’s natural. Could be high cortisol too. But wait and see what tests show. Hopefully there is an underlying cause for your lower T levels that can be fixed without trt. You’re still developing physically and mentally at your age. Any doctor that would prescribe you testosterone should lose there license imo. At your age. Maybe 24 or older. Men don’t stop developing until then. Adding test now could really screw things up!

I will say it again. go look at the training you posted up for critique. You are overtraining. This is a symptom of overtraining.
