I lift 3 to times a week and do cardio 5 days a week. I've lost weight but hear CLA is good and not so good and thought I'd ask here. Thanks for the exercise tip though.Dude, sort your diet out and just drop some ECA and jump on a treadmill or venture outside for a long ass run a few days a week.
