Oh for sure, I've been on the grind. In the past 4-5 months I've made a complete transformation. Down from probably 35% bf to 25-28%, and packed on a ton of muscle in the process. Realistically I don't have much to complain about lol but the majority of progress has been from 6 days/wk in the gym, meal prep, and cardiostay the course. what Testboner said is absolutely correct. Hold your dose at 4mg/week for at least the next month. And do your part by putting together a sensible diet and daily exercise (e.g., 10,000 steps).
