stay the course. what Testboner said is absolutely correct. Hold your dose at 4mg/week for at least the next month. And do your part by putting together a sensible diet and daily exercise (e.g., 10,000 steps).
Oh for sure, I've been on the grind. In the past 4-5 months I've made a complete transformation. Down from probably 35% bf to 25-28%, and packed on a ton of muscle in the process. Realistically I don't have much to complain about lol but the majority of progress has been from 6 days/wk in the gym, meal prep, and cardio

I actually think 4mg feels like it's doing something, I don't plan to go up for a while. I do also do .5 on Monday because I had seen a lot of anecdotal evidence that it helped maintain effects until my bolus dose of 4 on Thursday. So I guess 4.5.

Not sure if the statements from these people were legitimate by any means, but I read about the half life being shorter with Reta than Tirz and Sema
Switched from a trusted supplier to RUI Reta and at doses in the 4-6mg ew range they seem to be dosed the same. Have been on Reta since October but was also on .5-1mg sema for a bit of that time for additional appetite suppression. Reta is weaker than tirz and sema for appetite reduction, but 5-6mg seemed to be the sweet spot for me. For others the sweet spot may be lower.. 2-4mg..everyone is different. I dose Monday and Thursday split dosage.. I can still eat but incredibly hard to overeat at this dose for me. Eating 1800-2k calories and training hard 5 days a week, with hypertrophy programming and metcon circuits.

Yeah I had heard split dosing could be pretty effective. My only counterargument would be the large dose contributing to a stronger glucagon effect, which ive heard really starts taking effect in the 4-8mg range, but truthfully I havent looked into it enough to know personally.

Have you tried Cag for suppression? Been really contemplating throwing a .5 on my dose just to help with the rare craving to binge. Seen a lot of people have great results with it

Yes, I’m on Cagrilintide. My first two weeks I was on .125 mg, and now I’m on 0.25 mg. Take it slow. The side effects can be harsh. I was getting random nausea throughout the day, but it would only last a few minutes at a time. It’s nice not craving food all the time. It can make you not want to eat all day, but you still have to eat something to keep from getting lethargic.
