Insulin Pre Workout

I’ve been playing with slin the last couple weeks a little more ...

In AM I’ve been using:

10iu novolin-R

Mid day 1 hour before gym I have:

7oz turkey
6oz rice
1/2 cup Cheerios

20 minutes before gym I have:

10iu Humalog IM
8 rice Krispy treats

Go train. Pumps are really good but not mind blowing. During workout I’ll sip:

5g EAAs, 5g BCAA, 15g pepto Pro, 2g taurine, 2g ALCAR, 35g Vitargo, 3g beta alanine, 5g Creatine , 10g glutamine , 3g citruline Malate

Post workout:

5iu humalog
16oz unsweetened apple sauce
2 tbsp honey

1 hour later:

Another meal


I don’t feel any sides at all, no low blood sugars etc

Tomorrow I’m raising the novolin-R to 15iu and adding humalog 5iu to AM as well


When I first tried slin this last Fall/winter/spring I got slightly hypo only the first few weeks of trying it. Could my body be accustomed ? Or because I’m consuming enough carbs pre workout I never experience any issues. I feel 100% fine no concerns

I want to keep pushing it till I see insane growth

Gone up to 15iu of humalog pre workout with no issues. Pump is skin tearing and full body, no matter what body part im working out. Pretty fun and massively effective if done properly. Insulin is the most anabolic substance known to man after all.
