Created these about a decade ago and I have to say these are my clients favorite bicep exercise. They always start out saying WTF is this..and fall in love with the pump you get. Apologize for the Ad but this I made this video for Raw Dynamix (Protein company).
Also helps those with forearm and tendonitis issues, allows the individual to add some new growth from this method.
4 sets of 20 reps. Do these at the end of your workout or do only these for that day, multiple times per week if you so choose..but keep the weight somewhat low and work your way up. Slow and controlled descent and Squeeze the biceps on the way up.
These will elicit a pump like none other. Hope you guys try these!!
