I've injected both hcg and slin cold...never had a problem. I've read that you should take slin from fridge approx. 30 min before you inject, but as I said, I never wait. Don't know enough about GH to tell you, but I would guess it's not much different than pinning hcg or Humalog cold.

HGH should always remain refidgerated even if it is in lypholiized form. Is anything really safe to inject into your body that is foreign? As soon as you take it out of the fridge it seeks room temperture as does anytthing. The temperature of the gh will be at 98 degrees within a minute of injecting it. Your body becomes a big heater in this case and anything that enters it will warm to its temp just as a bottle of water outta the fridge warms to the temp of the room. So the answer simply is yes it's safe
