In your opinion what is the best appetite suppressant?

Coffee, especially black. Have relied on it ever since, but keep it to 2-3 cups a day.

A typical EC stack can help. Phentermine is a stronger appetite suppressant but it might need to be cycled to avoid a wash out effect.

Sibutramine(Meridia raws) is good choice but it is difficult to find genuine one in the market. Fow now, most of people use lorcaserin to loss weight and got the good effective as their feedback. The copy has been attached.

I’m on a hard cut of chicken breast and veggies for a contest prep trial run.

I’ve been having success with nicotine gum. Keeps appetite low and if necessary 2 pieces will make me slightly nauseous to the point where I don’t want to eat.

Better than slamming a whole bunch of (different) stimulants that have a greater cardio impact than nicotine IMO.
