You could also look at the Keto diet. It has many forms and you will need to refeed your carbs at least once on the weekend or every other week.

yessss I love keto

high fat over high carbs for me any day :) I love whole eggs and cooking with coconut oil :)

You can make a great meal with no calories at all if you like .... I like to boil the noodles as directed and then fry them in a pan and they become more like pasta .. Then put some lean ground turkey and walden farms alferdo sauce and it is awesome ..

My other thing that I really like is the veggie dip with celery ..

For pure weight/fat loss the Keto diet works great. It's very easy to do and you don't get the cravings like you do on a low/med fat diet. It really seems to keep the insulin in check thus supressing hunger.
