Yo man, dont overcomplicate this. Take 50mcg post workout in the muscle trained OR in a laggin muscle. Provide your body with the right nutrients and let it do its magic. There are other more complicated dosing protocols BUT keep it simple for now.
I listed out my igf protocol in my log but i use DES, everything else will work the same, just switch the igf post instead of pre. Also just run it straight through for 20 days. Dont take time off just take the stuff. On the non workout days take it in whatever muscle you are trying to bring up after your highest carb meal
I mix mine with BW, it will hold for 20 days in BW.
