Hello

My name is Jan,i m from Slovenia.i m 20years old.First sorry for my bad english. I m preparing for strongman contast this year.


i will write my training in this forum. All training will be writing in KGs!

I hope for some advices to help me

i had raw powerlifting competition.I did 290kg-squat,185kg bench press and 240kg -dl

tyre flip(350kg)

2x8reps

and i try how many flips can do in 90sec. i did 15 flips.

loglift:

10x80kg
8x100kg
6x110kg

af far as kg conversion goes.The way I have always done it is double the number and add ten percent.LOL

today at 8am a little cardio,bike 20min,latter back training.

today i will training with hex bar,is hex bar good as oly bar?

front squat for worm up

10x60kg
8x80kg
8x100kg
8x120kg
8x140kg


hex bar-DL
10x70kg
8x110kg
8x150kg
8x190kg
8x230kg

pull down(lat mashin)

3x12 80-100kg

rows on mashin

3x10 each hand from 60-80kg

shrug with hex bar

3x20(150kg)

GMs:

2x10(80kg)


this is it for today.

Good work bro! You made that bench press look pretty easy. I think you've got more in the tank there!! respect.

Hex bars are not the same lift as an oly bar.But they will assist you more for a frame carry or farmers than a oly bar will.
