Have u ever gotten the cough on Tren E?It is all DHTs that affect the prostate, but mast usually gets the bad wrap because it is often dosed higher than the others and has a high binding affinity. I found it really boils down to how much test you are running. If you keep the test at a TRT dose or fairly low (under 300 mg), you can run your mast A LOT higher. I am talking 1.5 to 2 grams without any issues. I have even had guys do it that were suffering from male pattern baldness and it didn't cause any additional hair loss.
However, if you run the test up then even adding in a little mast opens you up for problems as the mast outbinds test to the androgen receptor leaving more testosterone to be converted. With mast being a dry compound nearly all the additional conversion is to DHT, where the problems occur.
I’ve only gotten the cough with acetate.
I may be misunderstanding you!?
