Out of curiosity have gains improved since you have been pre making? A claim was made "This will allow the proteins to break down and be more easily absorbed by your body." I realize this is a vague claim because at this point we have no data to compare as well as what does easy truly mean how do we quantify that. How much more beneficial is it and beneficial how, compared to what? Now I'm babbling to myself again.
This is like the claims that all those other creatines are better, because they have higher absorption rates than creatine monohydrate when creatine monohydrate has an absorption rate of around 99%. How much better do you need it to be? Not enough for me to pay twice as much. Haha.

Whey absorption is the standard to which all other proteins are measured. It pretty much maxes out what the body can use in the time it is absorbed. Maybe their claim is correct and it does break down more and makes it easier to absorb. However, if the body is already absorbing all it can handle the way it is then it probably doesn't matter if it is easier to absorb. At least unlike the creatine, this doesn't cost me any more money.

I would add one more thing. If it did provide for additional gains, we would all already know about it.

I've been pre-making mine for like 20+ years, lol. Assuming i'm following the question correctly.

Every night (or day prior), I mix the following....for the next day:

8oz of milk or almond milk
1/2c-3/4 c of powdered oats
whey protein in varying amounts
16g of peanut powder
1T of instant coffee
1T of Splenda
about a gram of salt
1teas of cocoa
extra water to the top

I shake that in a blender bottle and store it in the fridge. I make about 2 for the next day.

I've even went a few days before getting to them and have always been fine.

I did the same years back if i blended a banana or blueberries and peanut butter, etc.

Honestly, I haven’t noticed a difference besides one less task to do after I workout.
