my strength regimen is as follows ,,, 7 sets total ,,, Warm up first at your level of warm up ,, 1st set70 %. Max for ten (working set ). Reps ,.. set 2 80 % of max ,
5 reps (rest 2 minutes between sets )
Set 3 85%. Max 5 reps set 4 90% for 3 reps .,, set 5 90%. 3 reps. Then 2 sets of 6 explosive power with 85 %. Of max hope this helps hit me up for info
