Hey all!

I'm almost 30 and from Turkey, just started natural bodybuilding 3.5 months ago after ending my 10 years heavy pot smoking streak. Everything is changed in my life, trying to grow every day. I gained 12 kgs already, trying to keep the gains as clean as possible.

I looked up bodybuilding forums once I realized the guys in my local gym aren't a great source of information, and I value experience a lot. Up until now I worked out based on a combination of my hunch and info that comes from statistically viable research.

I work out 6 days a week on a 2 day cycle (back, biceps, legs / chest, triceps, shoulders). Around 30 sets each session total. It has worked wonders for me in this beginning phase but I realize it may not take me far (been having incredible full back pain in last 2 months every morning for example, probably need to lower volume for back) so I'm here to dig into the experiences of the folks here and share some of mine as well if it ever is applicable.
