How to taper off of Letrozole without any estrogen rebound?

Hey guys I'm on letrozole right now. What is the best way to get off of this stuff without ANY estrogen rebound? Of course I would taper, but I was thinking that I would possibly want to switch to Arimidex first, since it isn't as strong as letro, and then taper off of that possibly? How do you get off an AI without estrogen rebound?

Ive never tapered off letro ever, just stopped it cold turkey with no noticeable rebound of estrogen.

I've only really had what you'd call estrogen rebound coming off nolvadex and I used adex to normalize...I suggest trying 3000-5000 iu vitamin D. I've been seeing more and more research on vitamin D's effects on hormonal production, testosterone being one. Now I realize testosterone production during hpta rebound can cause estrogen production...so...I guess after sayin all that I can't really help you much!
