How to dose Anastrozole?

hey guys just a quick one.....

never used adex before but i wanna control my estro on this cycle?

what dose should i be taking adex to control my estro levels also help with water retention and gyno if needed. im thinking .5 eod would that be sufficient?

ohh yeah thats for 600mg Test and 400 EQ week

any help/advice is appreciated

Can adex be replaced with nova? if so at what dose for 20mg tabs
I will be taking nova for pct at 40 40 20 20. But what dosage during cycle, 20mg mon and Thursday?

1mg of anastrazole E-3days for 600mg of test, ya see the half-life is 2days so that's why I says 1mg E-3D. Right-on.

ow and yes nolva drives SHBG up and kills naty IGF so go for the ana!

When I ran a-dex, I run as little as possible. If my nips start feeling a little puffy, I'll start it at 0.25mg EOD, and once things are under control, I'll discontinue. You don't want to kill the estrogen, you just want to manage it.

Yer I will be sticking with Adex, a mate of mine can only get he's hands on nova and was asking me if he could use that during cycle to control his estro and gyno. So I thought I'd ask you guys, do I tell home stay clear of nova during cycle?

I will never forget this pain. It was like my joints were made of glass. Horrible pain.

I came across this on anastrazole, aromasin sounding like a much better option for Power Lifters and estrogen control.


1. Negative Alterations of Inflammatory Cytokines. One study showed that "anastrozole induced the increased levels of proinflammatory cytokines, IFN-gamma, IL-12, and the decreased levels of IL-4, IL-10 secretion. We further found that anastrozole suppressed the differentiation of naive T cells to Treg cells, and it blocked the balance of IgG2a/IgG1 in peripheral blood." [1] This is potentially ugly as I would argue that Inflammation is Enemy Number One. The last thing most guys need to accelerate systemic inflammation by even a small amount.

2. Joint and Arthritis Risk. One very common risk of Arimidex treatment is joint pain and/or arthritis. The study above concluded that "anastrozole potently promote the progression of arthritis."
