Looks like 135 lbs? Nice job but damn ... 6 years old might be a little pre mature to start lifting weights? Seems ridiculous to me.

Those could be 10lb deadlifting plates.

Assuming the standard Oly plate color/weight scheme.... The big whites are 5 kg each, the little green change plates are 1 kg each, the white change plates are 0.5 kg each. So 13 kg in added weight.

They don't look like standard Oly collars, which are 2.5 kg each, so who knows. I'll call them 1 kg each for easy math.

He's probably using a women's Oly bar, it looks skinny, which is 15 kg.

My guess then is 30 kgs, so 66 lbs.

Pretty nice form though from that young man!!!

He’s a little to young to be doing that….

Good form, but I think that might be around 20 lbs ish.

It may look like that but those are plastic training plates. They're used for technique work (learning how to perform certain lifts like Oly lifts).

They only weigh 5kg so it's MUCH less. That may or may not be a men's bar. So could be 20kg or could be a woman's so it would be 15kg then.

Looks like the plate is right at 5kg. I'm going to go with the woman's bar because of how it slightly bends when he begins and when it hit's his shoulders, they don't sound like plastic though.
