How much sleep do you get a night? Im really good on about 6 hours. After 8 hrs I will usually begin to develop a headache and it lasts throughout the day. How much sleep is optimal for you?
I've been suffering from insomnia for years now (working irregular shifts messed up with my biorhythms) and I'm lucky when I get 6 hours sleep (with a sleep regulator). Melatonin used to work for me but not anymore.
During the week I typically get 6 to 7 hrs, on the weekend I'll get 8-10, however, if I get to bed to late (after 2am) Its a given i'll have a massive headache the next day. Its give or take, sometime I'll get a headache if I sleep to much.
