Clean up the diet and cardio along with the options I mentioned above will clean up that fatty liver. If you are a drinker, stop.
Already ordered the 3 supplements you suggested. I drink a little on the weekends. 4 Captain Morgan’s with Diet Coke or a few beers. Not really a lot imo. It’s not every weekend either. I’m getting back in the gym soon, I’ve slacked off for about a year & ate like shit.

The good thing about the visceral fat, you can hammer it down pretty fast.

I have guesses and suspicions, but no well-informed answers. While we wait, I'll add a question though:

Liver, yes ... what about kidneys, and maybe pancreas as well?

My doctor blames my kidney issues on large protein consumption. Maybe he's right or wrong. Not sure. But it makes some sense.

Back when I was leaner and fit and training for bodybuilding, not power like nowdays, I generally consumed about 1.5 grams per body lbs. Depending on what AS I was running. Tons and tons of chicken. My God could I eat some chicken. I was a chicken's worst nightmare.

Do you have a protocol & dosage you recommend for the 3 supplements mentioned?
NAC 1200-2400 mg
TUDCA 250-500 mg
Inositol 500-1000 mg

Typically, if you are taking 1-2 of the supplements, then I would lean towards the top end of the dose. If taking all three then the lower dose should be fine.

On the glutathione, 200 mg 1-5x a week is what most prescriptions will say. With your liver numbers, I would say 2-3x per week.

I think it is more about what the source of protein is than the total amount of protein. In the study Dr. Antonio performed, where they increased protein intake to ridiculous amounts (somewhere in the 3 g/lbs), all biomarkers for the kidneys actually improved. However, all the additional protein came from whey.

If I was to eat that same amount in just chicken breasts and nothing else, I would still consume around 30 g of saturated fat a day. This would definitely lead to renal lipid accumulation and clog blood vessels in the kidneys. Kidney biomarkers would go down and protein would be to blame, but it was not the protein that did the damage.

Interesting point. Thanks for the info!

I checked all the test they ran & the cystatin c test wasn’t one of them.
Creatinine was at 1.35. BUN/creatinine ratio was at 23. AST 66, ALT 80.

Other high results were Hemoglobin 18.4 & homatocrit 53.5.

They should be able to do a Creatinine Clearance (cr-cl) test, which is another option.

Off cycle I shoot for one gram per pound of bodyweight. Blasting I'll take in 1.5 grams per pound. So its 200-300 grams per day. Mostly from beef and eggs.
