How much Protein is in Boneless skinless Chicken Breast? And how many egg whites would I need to equal 30 grams of Protein? Any info is preciated thanks for takin the time to help out.

The chicken breast I used to say one about the size of the diameter of my fist was roughly 35 grms of protein- egg whites will depend on size but I think a large is around 6 grams...have to find out and get you a more acurate answer by weight.

1 cup of egg whites is about 24g of protein.

A whole egg has 6g, so the white is only about half of that.

Raw chicken, I think, is about 6g of protein/oz, give or take a bit.
So about 24g/4oz.
