Upper pecs Tuesday. Flat and lower pecs Friday for a total of 14 sets. I might do the same movements for weeks and weeks or change up everything, every session. 59 years old, been at this since I was 11. I go by the mirror and what I see and feel needs to be trained.
59 is the new 29

Your routine is pretty good. I’d recommend 12-16 sets of chest per workout or 3-4 sets per exercise would be considerable, and good for building mass.

I have switched from heavy sets of doubles and triples (2x4 and 3x3) to more volume sets with less weight. In part, it's because I am not powerlifting anymore. Although, I am doing German Volume Training which is no joke. Usually after doing my 10x10, I might do some accessory work like flies or dumbell incline or some cable work.

This guy bumping old ass threads.

1-2 working sets max. If your working set has enough intensity, any more than that is doing more harm than good.
