2-3 ED. i add peanut butter, cottage cheese, olive oil, dry oats too for bulking. i eat like a horse but with my metabolism i need all the help i can get
I am cutting and trying to keep my lean mass intact, so I drink 3 on training days (1 on waking, 1 pwo and 1 before bed) and 2 on cardio days (1 morning, 1 evening). Those are one scoop of whey per shake.
