Oh yeah I was working part time as a barista so I was on my feet more.Each workout lasts about an hour give or take. I do like 10 to 12 exercises each one until I shit myself lol rest a minute then do the other. If I don’t shit myself then I make it harder until I do. I like the strength and skill increases that come with it before I was more chill with my workouts, I ran slightly more but I did it for longer so I was stronger. I use public transportation and walk to everything. So I say I walk about 1-3 miles a day outside.
