I have been working with my PC Dr to see about getting on blood letting to drop my RBC and Hemoglobin. I was on a cycle at the time this all started and he wants me to go for blood work for a second time to check my RBC and also ordered a TEST test. My last shot was April 8 and was 400mg pharm grade test C, I ran 16 weeks of 300mg test C, 300 tren E and 300 mast E up until 2 weeks before that. He is blaming my RBC on the test and i think he is trying to get me to quit. My test is done by my urologist and not him. After that shot on the 8th I haven't taken anything so I can get my levels to drop, then I will start on 200mg every 10 days which is what he wants me to try to see if my RBC goes down. Is 20 days sufficient for the old compounds to have been used? I also donated a pint of blood last week as well.

You can use a half life calc to give you an idea.

If you want to see what a normal trt blood level will be just put your script in a col (and enter 6-8 weeks and see where it peaks at.

Then in another col, put your test dose (for at least 8 weeks) and look at how long it takes the chart to drop to your trt stabilized levels.

Dont know if the other compounds will show on your test level. I dont think they do.....but ask someone who might know. This will get you in the ballpark at least to see how long you need to drop before you can resume normal TRT and be at those said levels.

I have done this before and total test levels came back in normal range. However, free test was still through the roof because of Test to DHT conversion (and your masteron is also DHT) which lowers SHBG, and increases free unbound T.

I would order my own blood work first to check if I were you. Unless your Dr. is cool with what you do.

My PCP is pushing me away from TRT, and making me go to a Urologist. It must be in their 2018 updated computer manual since most won't deviate from what the computer tells them to do when they plug information into it. Medicine is becoming such a joke.

YES, i agree 100%. when i talk to my primary care doc and explain to him what it is I'm concerned about and how id like to go about dealing with it he stares at me, says nothing, and as soon as I'm done talking he changes the subject to what he wants to deal with, the tests he wants me to do, and the specialist he wants me to go see. so i agree and don't do any of it. as far as RBC, ive been having issues with this also like most who take gear and giving blood has fixed the problem. as usual my doc wanted me to have blood drawn and set me up to see 2 different specialists. i waited over a year to have my hip replaced because he said no surgeon would operate on me with high RBC levels. so on my own i learned that giving blood should lower them and it did so he set me up with the surgeon and he told me he did not care about RBC levels but did care about having low iron which i had to deal with in the past, had iron infusions which fixed the problem, and giving blood can lower iron levels to the point i could not have qualified for the surgery. so my primary basically causes me pain in my hip for over a yr, and then agrees i should give blood which could have cause me to have to wait even longer. FUCKING RETARD!

So good rule of thumb about Test C is that at 200mgs after 1 week, your total test will be around 700 ish. So if your last shot was April 8th, your total Test should be in the normal to lower range. However with the Mast and Free test, some of that gets complicated for blood results. I usually suggest to be clean on all compounds for a month and shooting 200mgs of test c per week before any blood draws.

Also, not sure what your routine is, but keep red meat low, avoid foods with iron and donate whole blood every 8 weeks.

If you have different company donation locations, go every month till your levels are normal, then every 8 weeks. You don’t need your Dr to write that, nor do you want a blood disorder on your medical chart.

My last mast dose was a week before that, so the start of April. I'm doing blood around the 20th of May for his appointment so I'd have been off everything for close to 8 weeks.
