Longer with sitting on the bike to warm up and cool down. Whenever I do my first set I start my stop watch. Usually runs to about an hour till the weights are complete and then I go back to the bike and pedal till I'm ready to leave which is usually 20 minutes.
Anywhere from 90-120 minutes. Typically an hour and a half but legs and back both go two. I've tried going longer, it's pointless because after that I start getting too hot and fatigued to do anything 100%.
Depends on what I'm doing. Bodybuilding, about 90 minutes. Powerlifting, often two hours plus, especially if I'm squatting and deadlifting in the same session.
Definitely depends on the type of workout for me , for many years I ran Mentzer style heavy duty and the workouts generally were 45-50 mins tops however more recently I train much higher volume and more bodyparts per session powerlifting type sessions which are always around the 90 min mark .
