Longer with sitting on the bike to warm up and cool down. Whenever I do my first set I start my stop watch. Usually runs to about an hour till the weights are complete and then I go back to the bike and pedal till I'm ready to leave which is usually 20 minutes.

Let's bring this back up.....

I find my training usually takes me anywhere from 90min - 2hours. It depends on the week and what lift I'm training.

Less than an hour on the weights usually. 60 minutes is pushing it.

It all depends on what your goal happens to be as well as how often you are able to train.

Powerlifting focussed mine are about an hour. Strongwoman Saturdays are like 3+ hrs. That shit is nuts.

Anywhere from 90-120 minutes. Typically an hour and a half but legs and back both go two. I've tried going longer, it's pointless because after that I start getting too hot and fatigued to do anything 100%.

2-2.5 hrs depending on if I am adding a little extra here and there, the first hour is for cardio, then abs everyday.

Depends on what I'm doing. Bodybuilding, about 90 minutes. Powerlifting, often two hours plus, especially if I'm squatting and deadlifting in the same session.

Definitely depends on the type of workout for me , for many years I ran Mentzer style heavy duty and the workouts generally were 45-50 mins tops however more recently I train much higher volume and more bodyparts per session powerlifting type sessions which are always around the 90 min mark .
