How do YOU lose the most weight?

Carbs (cream of rice elev8 1/4 cup) meal 1
Leg & back days also 150g Jasmine rice pre & post workout
No training day = zero carbs
Protein in 5 oz x 6 meals
(Meal 1 is 200g egg whites plus 5 oz ground turkey 99%lean) ps, I make the egg whites & cream of rice into waffles w/1/2 a banana.
Rest of meals are either salad or other veggies & 5 oz protein w/rice added pre & post w/o for leg & back days.
Cardio 30 minutes fasted & 40 minutes post w/o.
My season is done as of this past Sunday. I ate horrible Monday and yesterday and was up all night sick to my stomach from it. Today I’m back to my waffles & chicken & rice. So I’m sticking to it. I also have came completely off “supplements” & cleaning out for a couple months. Protein will go back up to 7-8oz per meal & carbs 150-250g/meal

To get to 10%, just diet, cardio, hard ass training and sleeping 8 hours a night.

Almost exactly the same as Frig, minus the tren and proviron, and my cardio got up to 60 min fasted and 60 min post workout. We have the same coach, so meals were nearly identical. Coach was a little nicer to me on the carbs though. Still under 150 g a day for the last 8 weeks.

I just ordered 5 bags of the elv8 COR today (different flavors to see what I like). I'm interested to see how this works as a carb replacement for various meals instead of just plain white rice.

I presently do oats/protein powder mixed and microwaved for meal #1, and like it. Have you ever used the elev8 COR with a protein powder for an entire meal?

Sure hope u didn’t order elev8 carrot cake flavor. It resembles nothing of carrot cake. Tastes like a effin gym sock. Just awful! Would be embarrassed to bring crap like that to market.
Chocolate cake isn’t bad if u don’t mind paying over $35 dollars for 75cents worth of ground rice and $2 worth of flavoring.
I get it every once in a while strictly for convenience. But go with oatmeal 90% of the time

I just throw Jasmine rice in the blender then put it in mason jars. I get 20 lbs of COR for $12.

Me too. Keto with a TRT dose of test, 2 iu of GH I can drop fat and water really fast. Never tried but I bet add some winny but joints would probably get real dry.

Funny, did NOT order the carrot cake, LOL. Did order the blueberry muffin, chocolate cake, coconut creme pie and cookie butter. Was able to get each bag for just about $20. When I compared that to Uncle Ben's COR, which I expected to be cheap, it was in the ballpark. I guess GF's method is the smart way, LOL

I do 3/4 cup of Quaker Oats, with 2 scoops of Beverly's cookies and cream UMP, add 1.75 cups of water into a pie dish. Mix it all up, and microwave for 3 minutes. Eat it just like that, and it's quite tasty. As I'm considering a push phase for next year, I'm thinking of ways to make some of the meals a little more "fun", and thought the flavored COR might help. We shall see....

You have to save money where you can. My protein sources for the day are 2 cups of egg whites (twice), 8 oz of salmon, 8 oz of bison, 8 oz of cod (all weighed after cooked) and 2.5 scoops of Mutant Iso Surge. Shit gets expensive really quick.

Losing weight is kinda my expertise. I am 100% a Meso. I put on muscle fast but I put on fat easy as well. Over the years I have tried every diet. Every compound. They all work to an extent. Clen, T3, ECA, ect...

@ 32 I had just done my second amature comp competed at 205 6.5% at 5'11 . I had been working out regularly since the age of 15 but I credit this condition to test prop and tren I was running 100mg prop 50mg tren ED. Along with really being focused on my diet and using macro nutrition (RIP Swolecat who helped me alot with contest prep diets). I was so in love with test and tren I used it for bulking after the comp. Stayed on about 8 months then my life fell apart (divorce, Kids all that) and I stopped working out mid cycle. Before you ask it was not the Tren. My ex was just fire and I was ice. My temperment does well on tren. So now back to my down fall... Depression weight gain the whole deal. Years later I found myself at 320 lbs fat weak and out of shape. That takes me up to around a year ago. From 320 lbs > to 230 lbs (size 46 waste to a 36 in waste) in just under a year. Tirzepatide worked wonders. Added low doses of test (TRT) from my doctor a couple months ago. Going to the gym 6 days a week. Super hard training has gotten my lift to where I can almost be proud again. I'm nowhere near where I wanna be but I can take my shirt off at the beach again :) No 6pac yet but I see the outlines...barley :(

Now that my training is getting more intense I'm considering switching to reta. My eating habits are great for weight loss after a year of Tirzep but they are horrible for muscle growth. I'm more hungry now than I have been all year due to my training but thats still hardly at all. I don't think I need the appetite depressant any more. I need to consume more clean calories and Tirzep won't encourage that. I'll probably make the switch in Dec or Jan when I will hopefully ad some real anabolics to my diet. By then I should be close to 200 lbs--------

Help a noob- what are beverly's and UMP?
