I'm using:
calorie deficit (about 500-750 cal/day)
L-carnitine pre w/o 500mg ED IM
SLU-PP-332: 1.5mg 3x/day
Retatrutide: 1mg EOD (using it for health more than appetite suppression)
methylene blue: 10mg 2x/day
Helios: 0.5mL two spot locations ED SQ
5-amino 1MQ: 2mg ED
MOTS-C: 2mg ED
BAM15: 25mg 2x/day
time: give myself enough time to do this slowly enough that I'm not a miserable mess, and such that my body rebels less.
unlike some people that feel like DNP is evil, I think it's great at 100-250mg/day. I tend to only run it during the winter, if at all, just because I'll run more hot than is comfortable.
