How do you flavor your own pre-workout drink?

I'm using 5g of Creatine/ 30mg of DMAA/ 200mg of Caffeine.

What do you use for fruity flavors for people that make their own pre-workout drink? Shot it with about 8oz of water and I'd rather toss salad instead. Thoughts?

Pre-Workout - Usually Glutamine, creatine and NoXplode..
Post Workout-pasturized egg whites, banana, milk, raspberries sometimes all mixed together with my protein shake :)

Kool aid! :)

Or if you don't want the sugar you could try sugar free tang or crystal light or something.

Get some Mio. That way you can add as much as you need.
