I have I believe, IIRC some IFBB PRO'S following me on twitter.

For some reason I have a lot gangbangers following me on twitter not sure why I keep it clean.

Also I had about 1,200 followers at one time but I blocked about 100 spammers. trying to sell me BS.

Oh I know why because I lived in the flatlands of Oakland and I guess they can relate to that lifestyle.

I will try to keep it on topic so you don't spring a leak.

Well I have procrastinated long enough, time to crank up the music on my computer speakers (sub is unbelievable) and get on with the leg workout.

Got a late start as usual..just did 385 lbs calf raises x 50.

I like to rep out some dips to finish off, somewhere in the region of 30-50 depending how stuffed I am from the session.

I finish most chest workouts with 2-3 sets of machine seated flat or incline presses, usually in the 12-15 rep range. This is after BB flat bench, BB incline, and DB incline. Usually 12-15 sets total for chest.
